Reading Therapy Dog training


The L.E.A.P. organization (Literacy Education Assistance Pups) announces training sessions at the Greenwood Library for you and your dog to prepare to become a reading therapy team.  The sessions are scheduled from 6-7pm on the following Friday evenings: October 12th, 19th and 26th.

The dog must be at least one year old, pass a temperament test given the first session of the series, and attend all three training sessions. Current vet records need to be provided and a background check for the handler is required. The handler must be at least 18 years old and pay annual dues of $30.00.
