How does summer reading work?
Sign up at the library or online. Start Reading! READ! READ! READ!
Your library card gives you access to hundreds of thousands of books, graphic novels, magazines, audiobooks, and more. You can also read books that you own. Any & all reading counts including listening to audiobooks, or reading to children. Books do not need to be from the Greenwood Library to count.
Log your reading time
Log the amount of time you read at www.greenwood.beanstack.org
Log your time at home, on a mobile device, or on a library computer. Logs will be available at the library to help keep track of hours.

Grand prize winners will be announced at the end-of-summer party. (Need not be present to win.)
There will be a weekly trivia contest in the library. Stop by the Summer Reading Program table and submit your answer for a chance to win a prize. The winner of the weekly contest will be announced each Monday at 1pm.
Weekly winners of a tote bag full of goodies will be drawn on Mondays @ 10am for the previous week’s (Monday through Saturday) raffle tickets.
Only one weekly prize will be awarded per participant; however, weekly winners are still eligible for grand prizes so keep submitting raffle tickets!
Be sure to indicate on the raffle ticket which grand prize you are trying for.
You must have logged at least 10 hours in order to be able to participate in the grand prize drawings.
$1.00 of fine forgiveness will also be granted for each week a ticket is submitted.
