Free Snacks for Kids!

We are proud to announce a partnership with Woodbridge School District where we are able to offer free snacks throughout the school year to anyone 18 and under! This is made possible through The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), a federal program established by the USDA, which ensures that children have access to nutritious snacks. CACFP contributes to the wellness, healthy growth, and development of young children and adults in the United States. As part of our program, children may receive a juice box and snack which varies from week to week. Our designated snack days are Monday and Thursday, however we will distribute leftovers throughout the week as supply allows. When you visit, please ask a staff member at the circulation desk for a snack! We ask that you do not eat snacks in the library to avoid spillage.
